#24 Backup system

- files backup
- db backup
- mysqldump -u cms -pcms --opt -Q cms
- create UI in back-end

you should be able to create these backups from the cmd-line tool
or from the admin screen. They'll get registered in the system as
files in a special folder.

Would be cool if these could be created at user-specified intervals.
