#10 Content Locking

I'm thinking there would be a "locks" table. The base class would
have methods for fetching, setting, and clearing locks. If you try to
edit a piece of content that's locked it would throw and error like

"This item is currently being edited by James. They've been editing
since 7:27 PM on October 13, 2004. If you would like to override
this lock press OK otherwise press cancel."
