#2 Crashes and does not open when no soundcaard found

When soundcard is not found on the system (for example, usb soundcard disconnected) then Speaker Workshop wont start. It will throw a windows exception error and quit.
The existence of soundcard should not be a requirement. There are a lot of features in Speaker Workshop that can be used without the soundcard and once the measurements are complete.
