[Spd-devel] svnnotify to the list.

Hi,
I installed a svnnotify hook to this list. It includes a diff. These mails
can be quite big. If someone doesn't like that. Please tell me, so I turn
of sending the diff. (This is more like an experiment to test if this makes
sence anyway)
