[Spd-users] [Announcement] switch to Python, rewrite of SPD in v0.3

We (the SPD-Team), decided to switch to Python for the rewrite of SPD in
0.3.

The first tests results are:
	* faster
	* easier to port on Windows
	* faster to develop

We are looking forward to a great future!
