Requirements

SQL*Plus Commander should run in any environment supporting
Bash shell
Oracle client with SQL*Plus (even Instant client)

I tested it on
Debian MATE
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (over PuTTY)
Cygwin (here is a bit slower) whith standard Oracle client for Windows

The gawk (GNU awk) utility is required.
