#8 Problems on the Mac

Have a friend with a Mac. She reports:

In IE 5.2.2, can see the window and messages, but
cannot type. Gets the following error message:

"Sorry, you can't access this file directly..."

Then, the typing area and buttons go away.

In Netscape 7.02 on the Mac, text will not send at all.
