Dear All,

Just to let you know that MITRE has made MIPLACE v1.0b available under a GNU
Lesser General Public License (LGPL).

The MIPLACE SpatialML tagger applies PLACE tags (both named and nominal
PLACEs) to documents, disambiguating the named PLACEs where possible.
