[Spatialml-discussion] Seeking Portuguese annotators

In conjunction with a Mitre project dealing with SpatialML,
there may soon be a need to annotate a small (100's to 1000's of short 
lines)
amount of Portuguese text for locations according to a set of guidelines 
being developed.
