    1. The unit test for relaxed_kdtree have been reinserted.
    2. The bogus interface erase(first, last) has been removed for relaxed_kdtree. In fact, at the moment, this does not make sense at all, since we can't remove bulk iterators due to the rebalancing taking place simulatneously. This needs to be reimplemented.
