Ordered iterator has been left out from optimizations at the moment.
It may also be necessary to have a look at equal_iterator relationship with preorder_first and the like. To see whether it is necessary to write specialized versions of it. What about the region_iterator and preorder_first and the like? Should preorder_first remain?
