[Sparrow-devel] Maven

I would like to propose we follow the project guidelines as outlined by
apache's Maven:

http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/maven

That seems like it will make a lot of mundane project structure
decisions for us based on those involved in similar projects. As Maven
is adopted more, it will make various projects easier to use and
integrate.

Any comments?
