[Sparrow-devel] JDK 1.4

I'd like to develop against JDK 1.4 so we can take advantage of the new
logging API, the asynchronous IO, and if applicable the regex package,
along with anything else that comes up.

I know it's not final yet, but it should be fairly soon, and I've heard
that it's pretty solid already.
