[sparql-wrapper-devel] code repository new url

Hi all,

after clarify the issue with the new repository [1], we must switch to
the new code repository at sourceforge [2][3].

Please, take this into account before performing new commits.
Unfortunately you can't simply run "svn switch" to teh new url,
because the UUID doesn't match in both repositories; so you may need
to get a fresh checkout.
