[sparql-wrapper-devel] Update the wrapper to make it work with Python >= 3.0

It'd be quite interesting to start to take care of the last branch of
the language:

Since it's a personal need, I'll take care on it during this week. But
firstly I'll need to check what are the best practices to do this:
maintain two versions of the library, or what.

I'll keep you update about any news on this issue.
