[I am newbie in Debian :*] That files come from our tarball (our tar.gz), but the package in Debian (.deb) should be named according their policies [1]: "Public modules should be packaged with a name of python-foo, where foo is the name of the module." That was the reason because we needed to rename the package, because a package called only python-sparql could be confusing.
