#15 A generic driver version detection mechanism

A mechanism for detecting the exact drivers and version that needs to be installed for different graphic cards. First generation script should cover nVidia, AMD/ATI and Intel cards.

Our solutions can luckily be based on existing ones, such as: smxi and the nvidia-detect package. There is still a need to find a way of detecting Intel and AMD/ATI versions.

Doing this is also the first step to the solution of tickets [#10] and [#13].

Closing. KMS has stabilized over the years and creating a mechanism like that is no longer necessary (that, and we don't have the resources to do so).
