#10 measure both positive AND negative values

Dear Fabrice,

Please make it possible to create an "axis" (in a functions named, say, "AxisXY")
At the moment, SfE can only draw "scalelines" which are of little help when one has to deal with, say, waterfall charts that have both positive AND negative values.
The main feature required is to start counting small and large "ticks" on an axis line from a specified zero point.
