If SpamPal with Transparent Proxy is installed, the Oracle TNSListener-Service crashes/fails to initialize properly.
If SpamPal/Transparent Proxy is deinstalled, the Listener Service starts correctly.
Please try to use the support forums at spampalforums.org first and only add an entry here if a bug is confirmed. The main troubleshooting should not take place here but on the forums.
Is the Oracle service program name in the "do not filter" list of the SpamPal settings for the transparent proxy? If not, please add the file name so that SpamPal doesn't try to filter it at all.

This is not the place to give support, however, I'd like to clarify if this is a bug or just a config issue.

If yes, I'd regard it as a bug, if no, I'd rather close this bug and suggest to put the file name(s) onto that list by default.
