#2 Address Book Whitelister

In a previous version (1.5 if I recall) the "Address Book Whitelister" plugin used to work for Outlook Express. I don't believe it ever worked for Outlook.

James created this plugin in hopes that someone would take it over, complete it and provide support.
There were no takers.

As a mainframe developer for over 30 years, I've never had the oportunity to learn C. Tonight I finally start a course. Hopefully with my background in other languages I'll pick this up fairly quickly.
If nobody takes on this task in the next few months, maybe I'll give it a shot ;-)
