#23 V 2.00 police choice negated

Using 2.00 for Windows: if I boarded an abandoned vessel and took illegal items, and if the police come after me and I choose "FLEE" - I get a question dialog asking if I'm sure I want to do that? The police know you have the goods and will notify customs police (or something to that effect). The choices are "Yes...." (can't remember what it said after yes).. or "Ok, I won't" Assuming that Ok, I won't means, Ok I won't flee, I click that, and it says "you got hit but still managed to escape"

If I chose NO to the question if I want to flee, shouldn't it bring me back to the initial dialog message box that the police have stopped me, etc.?

Sorry I don't have a screenshot I'll make sure to take one next time. This is consistent, by the way. Always acts like this, I don't really care but it seems like an error.
