#13 Add visibility status icon to layers

In the list view on the left where each layer is displayed collapsed or expanded, it only shows the name of the layer.
Knowing which layer is invisible would be sometimes handy, instead of having to search for it.

If an icon is too much work, one leading character in the layer title would also suffice.
