#71 Ore Seeker?

"Ore seeker" ship component apparently doesn't work. I built a ship with ore seeker, drives and cargo containers, but -

• There are no orders for mining anything (unlike with coloniser),
• nothing appears in planet's menu (unlike with coloniser),
• ships with ore seekers don't do anything on their own (when idle) either and don't show cargo they could transfer unless available from a colony after idling.
  If there is some way to use it, it's really not obvious.
