#3 Date handling

When I was going through the Utility Tutorial I found
that the date that was displayed was different than the
actual date. The month is off by one because January is
stored as month "0". The date of the month seemed be
working fine but the year was also messed up. I got a
report of the month to be 103 when it should have been
2003.
