#50 About menu choice should be under Help

It's standard menu design on all OSes to have the About menu
choice be part of the Help menu. Space.app should follow this
convention.

It appears to be standard on Mac OS apps for the About menu
to be under the application's menu. For instance, in
Firefox, "About Mozilla Firefox" appears under the "Firefox"
menu.
