#47 Cannot set hotkey with command, option, etc.

(using an iBook G4 with Tiger)
I wanted to change the hotkeys and cleared one but now,
when I click on Set and the try to enter the new key
combination using <Command>, <Option>, <Ctrl>, or
<Shift> in any combination with any other key, nothing
happens--it continues to show "(disabled)" and reverts
to Clear. I can set a key by itself if I do not try to
modify it.

Ditto on this bug. My computer is in Spanish for what it's worth.
OS 10.4.11

Is there a prefs file I can modify by hand as a workaround?
