Aliasing is selected by setting the stopband_begin parameter (see soxr.h) to a value >1.
With the default passband_end setting of 0.913, setting stopband_begin 1.087 gives a half-band response i.e. aliasing above the passband. Whereas setting it to 1.05 should mimic the SoX "allow aliasing" setting (which allows aliasing only above the 3dB point).
