How do I know that ARM Neon support gets enabled during build?
There don't seem to be any OPTS that can turn NEON on or off like SIMD/SSE etc.
There's no inidication that it gets enabled.
Is there a difference between ARM NEON 32/64 ? E.g. SIMD does differentiate.
