#73 Bug with loading saved active plugins

When no settings stored application tries to load all plugins (default behaviour).

1. Open plugin setting dialog.
2. Select plugins to activate.
3. Press Ok.
4. Close SL application.
5. Reopen it - note: plugin not loaded again, see messages in app debug output

Bug was reproduced on Arch Linux x64.
