#72 PluginInfo: separation of plugin file name and plugin id

plugin id SLOULD NOT be the same as filename - (there are some differences in library, namings in Linux and Windows, we want have consistent naming across platforms, also plugin will be idetified by internal id - no mater how file named) Plugin id SHOULD BE unique! like org.PLLUG.git-plugin
