#63 Certain action selection from ActionManager.

Mechanism that will allow to select certain actions from ActionManager list should be defined. It could be based on so called UserActions aliases. That aliases will be defined somewhere in global visible header. Every alias will be an unique string. UserAction could be registered within ActionManager with that optional alias and could be retrived by that alias.
