Yes, you should try to set a reasonable value to the attribute, and then =
restart the server.
I don't know how you could end up with it empty, but that should fix it.

  I've done some exploring on the SJ server.  I have found the problem =

  Its UniqueID is 2746=20
  Its NodeName is regionxml=20

  It has several children (all of which are not showing up in the SJ =
client gui).  One of the children does not have a name for NodeName.  =
