This is SourceJammer's main limitation as compared with other systems--no simultaneous checkouts. I intend to add this functionality in the future, but that will probably be a while. For now the best advice I can give is to try to avoid situations like that. Developer communication and keeping files relatively small and focused is the way I avoid these types of conflicts. --Rob --- Riccardo Cohen <rc...@ar...> wrote: > Hi, > I found the work very confortable with source jammer. > I have just one problem: when one dev is working on a file, and another wants to test a little > thing > on the same file, how can you do that ? > Since the file is checked out by somebody else I cannot modify it. > What is the best attitude ? > Thanks > -- > Riccardo Cohen > > Articque > Les Roches > 37230 Fondettes > France > web = http://www.articque.com > tel: +33 02 47 49 90 49 > fax: +33 02 47 49 91 49 > > > ------------------------------------------------------- > This SF.Net email is sponsored by the 'Do More With Dual!' webinar happening > July 14 at 8am PDT/11am EDT.
