[SourceJammer-users] Error creating a new archive

The text of the error is:

SourceJammer is having trouble communicating with the server. A
problem occurred in communicating with the SourceJammer/Soap server.
Error opening socket: java.net.connectException: Connection refused:
connect.

I have already installed the server and the client in a W2K OS. The
java version is Sun JDK 1.4.2 and my servlet container is Resin
2.1.13. I have already test my Soap services are running (according
with the recommendations of the user guide).

Could you please help me on this?
