Rob, A shadow folder sounds about right. Sorry I havn't responded to any messages, I didn't subscribe to the list. (I was really brain dead last weekend.) I'll have to think about the following recomended below: * SJ ant task * Shadow Folder- plugin in development * Sync files using Sync-Jammer Sorry I wasn't on the list earlier, but I'm on it now and I'm really glad I have some options.
