As the file says, "this step may not be necessary." In your case, it should not be. Don't worry
about this step.

The problem you are having is that your SourceJammer client cannot see your SourceJammer server.
Check the URL you are using to create your archive. It should be something like:

http://localhost:8080/sourcejammer/servlet/rpcrouter

If you installed your server on a different machine, then replace "localhost" with the address of
that machine.

Also, make sure you start Tomcat.
