Unable to what? Please send the entire message that
you see. It may be helpful to me. And if a message
prints out in the message section of the gui, please
copy that and send it to me as well.

Sometimes, when there is in error in making a
connection, the client gets confused and thinks it is
connected when it is not. This only seems to apply to
the Make New Archive action, though. You many need to
re-start the GUI to make everything right again.
