This sounds like a version mismatch issue. Is the client the same x.x version as the server? If, for example, the server is SJ 2.0, then you need to use a 2.0 client to connect. Let me know if this helps. Thanks. --Rob ________________________________ From: "Letang, Sabina" <SL...@ne...> To: "sou...@li..." <sou...@li...> Sent: Mon, September 27, 2010 3:50:43 PM Subject: [SourceJammer-users] Transformer exception occurs when attempting to create a connection Hi: I have installed SourceJammer, and I’m trying to create a new connection to an existing archive on a shared server. After I enter the local alias, the URL for the server, and the Archive Name on the server, I click OK then I get an error: Transformer exception in saving connection list document. After the error occurs I cannot proceed. Please advise.
