Well, I assume that you're using the SJ client simple interface to drive your tool. Correct? If so, then the only requirement is that your server have the SJ client installed somewhere and that the server is capable of displaying a GUI interface. If you've got a commandline only unix or linux server, then no, you tool won't work. A future improvement to SJ will be spinning off the simple interface and separating it from all GUI-specific code.
