Hi.

What about doing the "file checked out" icon a bit more different from the
checked in one? The "V" symbol could be slightly bigger, in order to know
immediately which files are checked out (yes, yes, I know that can be told from
the right-most columns, but I normally look at the left columns, where the file
name is).
