#214 WebDAV/DeltaV Interface

Provide a WebDAV view of SourceJammer so that it can
be mounted as a web folder in windows, or a file system
in Linux, etc.

Even better for the future, would be DeltaV support so
that generic SCM client could use SourceJammer.
