#161 Stop "Local version is current" log output

SJ should not bother outputting "Local version is current"
to the GUI log pane. This inevitably slows down large
GETs and is actually useless information. Really it should
only show things that have resulted in a change of some
kind.

Without this output though, it is acknowledged that it will
be hard to know if the SJ client is doing anything, as
there is no progress bar as yet.
