#151 Database integration

It would be nice (even if not easy) to have a versioning
system integrated into databases.
So to be used in stored procedures development (like
Oracle pl/sql or PostgreSQL Pg/sql) where the code is
stored and run in the db.
Oracle integration should be possible, as it supports
java inside the db.
