#77 Unable to add file with special characters in the file name

1. Login as Admin user
2. Add file with 'Certified Workflow - Chart Review – Basic.pdf' file

Expected Result:
File should be added with no errors.

Actual Result:
File gets added by shows extra character in added file, and could see original file yet to be added in the list.

Note: Folders could be created using special character in folder name. Sourcejammer does not allow user to access such folders which got special characters like &, _, -,. It does not allow any user to delete, modify the folder or files

Either user should not be allowed to enter special characters, while creating Folder. While adding such files with special charcater, Sourcejammer should ask user to update the file name or should be able to accept folders and files with special character, which WINDOS accepts in file name and folder name.

Also see 255 character long folder name and file name should be allowed, same as Windows naming convention.
