#65 Trailing CRs removed

1) Check out a text file whose last line is empty (i. e.,
there are two '\r\n' groups at its end).
2) Modify it.
3) Undo the check-out.
4) Get the repository's version down to the local drive.
5) The last empty line has disappeared!

However, the diff tool does not show the difference
between the undo check-out and the get file.
