#59 get Label process corrupting files

From time to time the get label process will fail with an
error that a file cannot be found. When looking into the
label I can discern which file the process stopped on. At
that point if I try to manually get the file I still get the
same error. The file had been in the label for several get
processes and has never been modified. I can view
details on the file but cannot get it.
