Hi
Michal, what do you have in mind saying  web-based application for
developing websites. Is it something like Django, turboGear for Python,
Rails ?  for which U need server running on machine, or something like
Dreamweaver where "user interface" is web browser ?
I always think about frameworks while talking about web-based applications.
I am very new to JavaScript I thought that this language is mostly for
frontend web development, backend is serverside PHP,Python, Ruby(?) with
Database
