SC doesn't validate XML user language support even if is valid into online xml validator

Please help me... Everyone here is using this same xml user language support file with your plugin but cannot import into my notepad++ (knowing this worked for years before this issue)...
I ask myself if this could be some compatibility with any other plugin...
I ask myself too it this could be because i renamed "notepad++.exe" into "notepad.exe"
I cannot find any solution...

I had two versions from this language support... but no one works for me...
