Doesn't seem to handle reload notification

That is a small thing.
As an example - you open file in Npp, SourceCookifier parses it but if you delete function with an external program and Npp is set to reload changed files automatically, Cookifier doesn't reflect the new file state (function is still displayed as if there) .

I will have a look at it, but I guess I can't support it,
since I get no notification from N++ when files get updated outside..
