#31 Form Routing

Vittal,
I would like to route a form, can you give me some
pointers as to how to accomplish this.
For example, one user would answer several questions
on a form and then send the form to their supervisor.
The supervisor would complete additional form fields and
submit to the final destination.
I have been able to get this working - almost. The form
is getting to the supervisor - the supervisor is able to
complete additional fields and submit... the supervisor's
success page is displaying. The only problem, the last
email is not going anywhere.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
